Form

Whether using pencil, pen, crayon or pastel, it is possible to render the form by the direction of the strokes of the medium as Degas did with the Bather.

The very tip is used to sensually describe  the form or render it as a series planes.

However,  it is essential to do so before the model as form is not two-dimensional.
